Named for the kora — a West African instrument of many strings and one voice — the house is built to hold complexity without losing tone.
Capital does not withhold itself from Africa out of indifference. It withholds itself from files that cannot answer risk. KORA was formed to sit on that fault line — originating projects with the rigour of an investor and the patience of a developer.
We advise sponsors, public bodies and capital partners who want more than a slide. They want a path to close.
We do not dress up demand. If the offtake, land or counterparties will not survive diligence, the work stops early.
Markets are specific. Standards are not. We carry both into every mandate.
We prefer work where our outcome is tied to close and to value created — not to hours billed into a vacuum.
Sensitive mandates stay confidential. The work is visible in the asset, not in the press release.
KORA is not a contractor and not a fund. We are the house that prepares the ground so both can do their work well.
